We're excited to share our first video from the 2024 VGCI (Vaseline Glass Collector's Inc) Convention. This video is a lecture that was given during the event and it goes in-depth on Stretch Glass!
If you don't know about Stretch Glass, it is a semi-iridescent glassware that is criminally under appreciated in the UG community.
The lecture was given by, Cal Hackeman, a expert collector and former president of The Stretch Glass Society.
I've enhanced the lecture with close up images of the pieces Cal shows off. If you've ever wanted to know more about Stretch Glass, this is a great place to start!

That's right, THE BOOK for all vaseline glass collectors has been reprinted. This was paid for by VGCI and features updates and corrections to the original text as well as additional gallery pages and info in the back.
Glass in the Dark was fortunate to help with the creation of this 2nd edition and have dozens of pieces from our collection showcased in the book.
